offense and defense

When you are on offense you either run the ball or throw the ball.  you only have 4 downs to try to make a touchdown.  When you are on defense you can try to intercept the ball to get back on offense and try and score a touchdown again. If you are on defense you need to try to sack the quarterback to lose yardage. Try to make the offense fumble to get the ball.
